This is in an excellent location for anything in or near downtown Birmingham. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. The best place to park is only half a block from the entrance and is worth the walk. We keep coming back because it is a wonderful stay. We highly recommend this VRBO.

Host was great. Check-in & out was simple and easy. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the parking situation. Although there are many options, you had to pay for parking or your car was in a large lot across the street that seemed a bit sketchy. Besides that, it was a great stay! 25 minute walk / 7 minute ride to Protective Stadium.

The thing I liked best about the apartment was the location. It allowed easy walking to local restaurants, the McWane Science Center, and other downtown attractions. The parking was easy on the street and parking lots very close by. Recommend the Public Parking lot (entry from Morris and N 23rd) where daily maximum is 4.The rooftop deck had plenty of furniture and was a great place for cocktails later in the evening. The building elevator made it easy to get luggage to the 4th floor, too. Our host checked with me several times and was readily available if needed.

Excellent communications with host! Beautiful place! I will definitely stay here next time I am in Birmingham. The proximity to all the cool downtown places is an added bonus. Great girls weekend!

Had a fantastic girls get away weekend. This was the perfect condo for me and my former college roommates annual get away weekend. The area is perfect and super walkable. Fantastic restaurants, specialty shops and plenty of free parking and safe area. Bridgette was responsive and helpful!

Perfect fit

We attended concert at legacy arena , location was perfect for this. Arena and lots of restaurants in walking distance. VRBO was super clean and nicely done. The old brick and mortar building was really cool and the restoration of building was spot on. This is a must stay if in Birmingham!

Good Experience at Utopia

Good downtown Birmingham experience with lots of nearby amenities. Low(er) cost parking a bit of a challenge but figured it out in the end. Rental was nicely furnished and had multiple layers of security into the building which was great. Overally a good experience!
