Duplex Beach house is set up as follows.; 1st Flr. Kitchen, Dinning and Living room with a 48" flat screen. 1 Queen bed and bathroom down. Off the kitchen/dining room. There is a slider going to a 12'X9' deck. Upstairs another small bedroom with a bunk and twin bed, the 3rd bedroom is quite large with a King bed. There is another top deck with sliders from the middle bedroom. In the rear is another ground level deck w/tables and patio furniture and an outside shower. (For both units use) This unit is fully applianced , both have Gas Grills, A.C. WiFi, and parking for 3 cars per unit. I'm 4 houses to Ocean St. and 4 houses down to Tilton (right-Away) It's a 3-minute walk to the Beach.. and 15 min walk/bike to Hampton Beach Casino.

All (4-Units) are 3BR/ 1Ba, All are Fully Applianced/AC/Free WiFi,Flat Scree TV's/Outside showers, Gas Grills, Parking for 3 cars. SORRY No PETS
