2 BR/1.5 Bath , Second-floor Beach House Apt w/stunning Bay Views and Sunsets
This top-floor unit of our family beach house overlooks the bay with stunning sunsets, and is just a block to the main beach. With 2 bedrooms, the Master has an ensuite full bathroom with shower/tub. There is an additional 1/2 bath including laundry, a large living room, a sun room, and a large eat-in kitchen plus den. Even though there are only 2 bedrooms, 6 people can comfortably sleep with bunk beds (w/a queen on the bottom) in the second BR. There is also a pull out queen sofa in the living room.
The kitchen has all new appliances inc. a Jenn-Air stove/oven, new dishwasher and refrigerator. Off the den is a large furnished deck w/Weber Grill overlooking the beautiful bay. There is also a front deck on the Portsmouth Ave side between the bedrooms. The back yard has a fire pit and an outdoor shower. The garage is stocked with beach chairs and beach umbrella. There are some great local restaurants and a convenience & liquor store within walking distance. Hampton Beach is an easy walk over the bridge to a plethora of entertainment, restaurants, casinos, music venues, etc.
