Modern High Rise Stay- 32nd Floor Views
Enjoy this amazing one bedroom unit located at the exclusive Icon Brickell Building. The condo offers one bedroom with a King size bed. Integrated living and dining room with kitchen. Full bathroom with double entry with a bathtub. Access to spa, pool, hot tub, and 4 restaurants, including Cipriani,(same amenities as the W Hotel). The apartment comes fully furnished with a flat-screen TV, High-Speed WiFi, Washer & Dryer
All guests must summit ID's before arrival, no check-in will be granted otherwise.
Valet at Icon is $11 for 0-1 hours; $19 for 1-4 hours; $24 for 4-10 hours; and $34 for 10-24 hours. No re-entry, charges apply each time you take out your car.
b. Valet at the W Hotel (next door) is $42 overnight. No re-entry, charges apply each time you take out your car.
c. There are two metered parkings, 1 block and 3 blocks away
d. At 701 Brickell (2 blocks away) overnight parking rate is a flat fee of $15 (Monday-Sunday, from 6 pm to 7 am)
Check ins after 10 pm are subject to a $25 charge
After 12 am $75

The swimming pool is currently under renovation. At this time, it is open only on weekends and remains closed during weekdays. Please be advised that the pool may also close on weekends. We recommend requesting the latest updates before your stay.
Additionally, construction is ongoing, so there may be noise and people working in the lobby.
All guests must submit photo ID's. Check-in will not be granted otherwise.
