Looking for a lavish Gatsby getaway? Come escape to this gorgeous speakeasy experience, crafted and designed by a local boutique Property Manager. Conveniently snuggled in the perfect location between Vanderbilt and Belcourt, home of the historically vibrant Belcourt Theater that dates back to 1925. Wake up to the resplendent sunrise, with a Whiskey in hand enjoying the Nashville breeze, or looking at some historical pictures of Nashville throughout the house. Take a stroll nearby to the trendy Hillsboro Village, Vanderbilt or Belcourt to enjoy some amazing cafe's, restaurants, independent shops, and admire the iconic murals. Or hop on a shared ride to Broadway, it's only 7 min away!

The main entrance leads into the kitchen, fully equipped kitchen stocked with essentials (dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee and tea...). Connecting to the living/dining space with high ceilings and tons of warm natural light flowing through the space, along with a queen sofa bed in the living room with a memory foam mattress. It is extremely comfortable. Before entering the master bedroom, right outside is a Washer/Dryer. The master bedroom is located directly on the other side of the living room and has an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo as well as a large walk-in closet.

The unit is at the crossroads and walking distance to Hillsboro Village, Belmont university, Vanderbilt Medical center and Music Row. Perfect for coffee enthusiasts, foodies, musicians, shopping lovers, students or students' parents, and traveling nurses. The building has free outdoor parking.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Hillsboro Village is a lovely, safe and walkable neighborhood full of clothing shops, cafes & restaurants, located between the lively Music Row and West End. It is an ideal location to explore the beautiful neighborhoods of Music City: walking distance to the legendary Music Row and Belmont, a 4-min ride to Centennial Park and the Parthenon (a must see), a 5-min ride to the in vogue WeHo (Wedgwood Houston), with a Soho House coming soon and some of the best fine dining options in the city, or take a 7-min ride to Broadway. The location also provides a very easy access to the Nissan Stadium, being the brand new Nashville Fairgrounds Soccer Stadium, and the Bridgestone Arena, home of the Predators.

**Please note that we provide amenities such as trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. If guests want additional amenities, this will be at the cost of the guests.

You can easily walk or bike in this neighborhood and around: bike to Music Row, Edgehill, 12South, WeHo or Broadway, walk to Hillsboro Village, Belmont or Vanderbilt University/medical center. This neighborhood is full of entertainment and an unlimited supply of things to do and explore. There are an immeasurable amount of lunch and dining spots, giving a more "local" feel than Broadway or the Gulch. The demographics is an interesting mix of musicians/song writers, students, doctors from the surrounding hospitals, and tourists exploring the area. From here, you will always be less than 10 min from anywhere your heart desires to travel!

The unit is located on the 3rd and top floor of a walk-up building, and is on a main road with high traffic during the day.
Please note that a rental agreement will need to be signed prior to check-in. Below is a recap of the house rules that will be described in the rental agreement:
-A $35 Damage Waiver will be charged. This is a non-refundable “peace of mind” fee that will give the Guest the peace of mind of not being charged a high fee for damages in the event of an accident that causes damages to the property. Guest will be covered for damages up to $1500. If damages exceed $1500, the card on file will be charged to cover anything above $1500.
- Humming Host only accepts one dog under 50 lbs per reservation. More than one pet is not allowed. Guest shall inform the Host of any pet staying at the Property
- This is a smoke-free environment
- For same day bookings, we reserve the right to push the check in time to 6:00 PM
- Please respect our quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.
- Please only use the parking spots that are dedicated to your unit.
- Parking limited to 2 vehicles per apt
- Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint. Any damage is sole responsibility of the Guest.
- No parties or gathering allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the apt
- For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
- Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issues.
- No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 ad 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time. Guests must indicate the correct number of guests sleeping in the unit.
- A security deposit of $300 will be placed as a 7-day hold (not a charge) the day prior to checkin, except for reservations made through Airbnb. Any damage found is the sole responsibility of the guest.
- The Guest is not allowed to receive any mail at the Property
- Guest who books must be 21 or older, and must be present at check in and throughout the duration of the stay
- For guest's safety, there are cameras on the premises. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property
-The Guest agrees to provide a credit card to keep on file (except for Airbnb reservations).
-Host shall not be held responsible for such an item’s failure to work but will make every effort to correct any issues as reported as quickly as possible by the Guest.
-Guest must dispose of their trash at the time of checkout (instructions of trash bin found in checkout instructions).
-Lost and Found: Hosts are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items during the stay.
- Illegal use of the property will result in immediate eviction and loss of security deposit.
-For every house rule violation, a fee will apply. Fees will be described in the rental agreement.

Great Location
Very cool location. The space was as described. There was 4 of us staying. The kitchen was very nice and stocked with all we needed. Overall space was good. The pullout couch seemed to be defective. The head area was tilted down making it unusable. We took the pad and put it on the ground to be able to sleep. There should’ve been extra blankets/sheets/towels. The two of us on not in the bed were freezing at night and we each had 1 towel for the trip. It seemed like we were the first guests to stay so hopefully some of this gets taken care of.
