If you’re going to Nashville, this is a great property to pick!! There are so many wonderful things about this property…cleanliness, location, price, communication with host! The area was close to Broadway and so many other fun things in downtown Nashville! Felt very safe in the area. Easy Uber pickup. The place had everything we needed. The place was very clean! The view off the balcony of the Cumberland River was beautiful! Communication with the host was the best I’ve ever experienced! Friendly, informative & quick to respond. We will be staying here in the future!

Wonderful stay at the condo. Janine was very helpful and made our stay very stress free. Bed was very comfortable, and it was fun sitting and watching the barges going up and down the river as we had our morning coffee. Parking was easy - nice to be under covered parking as it rained a good bit while we were in Nashville. Easy to get to everywhere we were going - close to everything downtown. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The property was right on the river with a balcony, which is where we spent a great deal of time. We loved it! We got to enjoy a lil wildlife while in the city. You can also walk to downtown Nashville or to Germantown. There are many things to do within walking distance. The hostess was amazing. She went above and beyond other VRBO host or hostess. When we arrived there were cold drinks in the fridge and plenty of coffee and supplies to get us through a 2 night stay. We couldn’t have asked for more.We frequently travel to Nashville and I do believe we have now found our favorite place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was close enough to the attractions but far away not to deal with noise and traffic! It had everything needed for a couple, including easy parking!
