This house features 3 bedrooms all with queen beds, a fully stocked kitchen, breakfast dining nook and cozy living room. Enjoy a glass of wine on the deck with patio seating or fire up the grill and play some lawn games.

The first floor provides a bright, full bathroom, living room, dinning area and full kitchen with everythink you need to prepare a homecooked meal. There is also a washer and dryer for any laudry needs you may have during your stay.

The second floor includes the third bedroom, which also has a queen size bed.

Through the door in the kitchen you'll find a two level deck with seating and a full size gas grill. Moving onto the yard you'll find a vegetable garden (that you're more than welcome to pick from!) and a hammock to relax on all inside the fully fenced yard.

There are streaming services available on the TV and high speed internet, allowing everyone to be on a device.

Would give 6 stars if I could

Brittany was incredibly accommodating and has a wonderful property perfect for a weekend stay. We were in town for a wedding across the water in Portsmouth and Brittany’s place was the perfect just far away from where everyone else was staying ;) Brittany’s house was tasteful styled and had all amenities we needed! We only spent a few moments in the back yard but it was comfortable and looked ready for an outdoor hang!

Girls weekend in Kittery / Portsmouth

Wonderful fully furnished and stocked home for a stay in Kittery / Portsmouth! My 3 girlfriends and I came up for a bachelorette weekend and could not be happier with Brittany's home. The bedrooms were tastefully decorated and plenty of towels were provided for each guest. We appreciated the comfortable beds, and that each room had an AC unit. The kitchen and bathroom had everything you would need and more for cooking and getting ready. The patio and hammock were lovely as well and we enjoyed sitting outside in the privacy of the fenced in backyard. Would definitely stay here again if traveling in the area! 10/10. Highly recommend

Nice house

We stayed in this house to attend my daughter’s college graduation (UNH). It was a very nice house inside. A little smaller than I needed but we made it work and it was completely fine. Very well appointed with necessities. Bedrooms were also nice! Enjoyed the sky light above the bed. My only wish was that it had 2 bathrooms. Again, we made it work. The neighborhood was ok. The houses are very close together but we did not have a problem. Close to the little downtown Kittery ME. The bakery/coffee shop in town (Lil’s) was excellent! Quick ride to UNH and Portsmouth NH. I would DEFINITIVELY stay here again if I was back in the area. Britney was an excellent host!
