This recently renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage is just minutes from the beach. It features a covered front porch and back patio area for entertaining.

It has standard kitchen appliances. There is a large tv in the living area as well as tvs in the bedrooms. High speed internet is available at the home.

The cottage is located in a quiet residential area just off of Thomas Drive. This area of the beach is much less crowded than the west end of the beach and offers a more family friendly environment. Emerald Falls is 2 blocks from the property and offers putt putt, arcade gaming, go carts, and more! There are dozens of restaurants within a few miles of the property.

Great, newly renovated property close to the beach

This cute, newly renovated property was all my sweetie and I were looking for in a long weekend getaway: a “non-condo”, close to the white sand beach and reasonably priced. If you’re looking to not stay in a typical condo and instead stay in a real home that is clean and has a great beach vibe, this is place for you. The house has two small bedrooms and two beautiful new bathrooms as well as an outside shower on the back porch. The kitchen is small but fully functional and we found everything we needed. The house is about two (short) blocks to the beach and we had no problem walking over there each day. Can’t recommend this place enough.
