The refreshing pool faces a conservation area of a Pine Forest (and if you keep an eye out - you’ll see tortoises walking around) , this Four Bedroom Villa is a spacious and comfortable place to spend your time while you explore everything Orlando has to offer. Four miles from the Disney Parks and easy access to restaurants and shopping. You will never want to leave. Two Master bedrooms with their own full baths with a private exit to the enclosed pool area. Tastefully sprinkled with Disney touches you’ll be noticing throughout your stay. The pool does feature heat for an additional fee. There is a game room, with washer and dryer and a grill as well as just about anything you could ever need in the kitchen - with all new appliances so recently updated they aren’t even in the pictures yet. 1800 square foot ranch.

We are a tight knit family. We live in NY, and live in the Florida Villa during the winter months. It's always been our dream to escape the cold, and to be close enough to the magic of Disney to be able to jump in the car and be at any park in 10-15 minutes.

Why they chose this property

We bought this house because of how close it was to Disney, and we keep finding more and more things we love about the area. The neighborhood is just outside the busy and touristy areas, but you can practically walk to Margaritaville (a little nearby 'village' with so many awesome places to shop/eat/be entertained), and so many restaurants, not to mention Target and Walmart, etc

What makes this property unique

It's hard to find a spacious lot with privacy once you get close to Disney, and although there are neighbors on each side of the house, the lot is laid out in a way where it feels very private and outside the back, there's a pine forest. The mornings are magical sitting out back.
