Just 4 miles or so from the Disney theme parks, countless supermarkets, restaurants, souvenir shops, pharmacies and miniature golf courses this home is ideally placed to offer everyone something to do.

Not only will you love the open plan kitchen with breakfast bar you will also love the fact that the living room overlooks the crystal clear pool with waterfalls. Maybe you will love it because nobody backs on to you except the conservation land or because if you don’t feel like going to Disney you can to one of the lakes and do a bit of fishing.

Don’t forget just because you have the formal dining area you can still slip outside and sit under the lanai and enjoy the cool breeze and spray from the pool.

Master bedroom also has sliders to the pool, and once the sun has gone down, you can soak in the oversized tub in the master suite. There is a 36" TV in the living room for everyone to enjoy as well as TV's in 2 of the bedrooms. Once you stay at Disney Delight you'll want to come back over and over again

The location of the house was great and being in a gated neighborhood made us feel very safe. The house was excellent and lived up to the description provided in the listing. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

This particular house was very clean and neat. Large bedrooms and baths were very nice. It housed 5 adults with room to spare. The close proximity to the Disney parks made it even better. No complaints here at all!

Great family vacation

Great location and close to Disney. Overall stay was awesome just a few issues. Dishes were dirty and needed a quick cleaning, two huge bugs in bathroom tub closest to pool which could have come up out of drain, not sure. Other than that the place was very clean and we had a fun vacation. Just want to recommend to owner to allow guests the ability to lower air conditioner to below 72, it was very humid in front bedroom.

Great Spring Break stay

The property is close to the Disney parks and shopping. The house was just the right size and it was a quiet neighborhood. Had a mix up with the property management on the pool heat, but we ultimately didn't turn it on. The day we swam it was fine. The master bedroom bed needs updating. A bit on the lumpy side. Overall, it was a good stay.

Disney Delight was the perfect place to spend the month of March. The home was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. The pool was spotless and the screened area was a nice way to spend the whole day, from morning coffee to evening cocktails. No bugs! Great wi-fi connection to allow me to work away from home when needed. The gated community was the perfect area for our morning and evening walks with our Jack Russell Terrier with sidewalks and very little traffic. We will definitely stay again. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer!

Fantastic villa and location

This villa is in a very convenient location, about 15 minutes from Disney parks. Check in was very easy, although we did not have any communication from the owner after sending us the address. No notes on how to leave the villa etc, but we did what we thought was needed…stripped beds, swept up, etc. The villa was clean and had all the facilities we needed. Loved the washing machine, but no airer or washing line I thought odd, especially with the climate? We used chairs to hang the washing on. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a total fabrication, this guest never stayed at the property. the reviewer paid the first installment to rent the property but never paid the final payment, we never spoke to this guest via telephone.

Overall nice but needs updating

Overall comfortable stay. Pros: nice location, quiet neighborhood, lots of space to spread out, pool clean and property inside and out was generally clean. Property manager was very quick to respond Cons: house is dated. Missing slats on the blinds, all appliances need major updating; dryer took multiple rounds to dry clothes, washer did not fill to the level chosen, dishwasher old and didn't clean well, light above stove not working, fridge ice maker loud and leaked. Tiles on the floor were cracked chunks missing from them. There was an ant problem in the house, but the property manager addressed it very quickly. The pool did not included heating, and the up charge to put the heater on was unreasonable. Also found it strange that they wanted cash for the heater to be turned on. Toilet seat for the powder room was missing. The repair man showed up the next day to replace it, but we were not warned he would be coming. Would have been nice to get a heads up that they would be showing up. TVs were all smaller size, and not all had the same access to channels as the main one in the living room

place was filthy

we walked in and slid across the kitchen floor there was grease all over the floor. the vents were FILTHY! the shower handle was broken, and we had no hot water the first day. when I told spoke to "Lee" after a day of being there he told me if I didn't like it he could refund my money and i could be out in 10 minutes. He is one of the rudest people I've ever met. It was Christmas week and we had our dog we had no choice but to stay. when I told him I had breathing issues he insisted on coming back to clean the vents and disturb the dirt while we were still renting the house after I specifically asked him to wait till we left on Dec 26. the toaster almost went on fire from old food stuck inside it. the smoke detector was inside the bedroom dresser, the emergency exit postings were hidden in a closet. When we saw how filthy the vents were i went to the garage and spotted a spare furnace filter and replaced the FILTHY furnace filter. My wife mopped the floor, cleaned the toaster, and washed the sheets AND all the dishes.. NEVER AGAIN will we deal with Lee or any property he deals with he is a very rude individual.

Hi Charles, your review is surprising to say the least. You actually called to say "what was wrong with the garden tub" it doesnt have a garden tub nor is it advertised with one. I asked what you meant and you said it didnt work, i advised i would come down to take a look and call a plumber if needed, you then told me it needed a cartridge and you knew this because you are a "master plumber" When i cam to the property i found that the plastic in the inside of the handle for the facuet had a small piece of broken plastic. I rushed to the store, bought a $12 replacement handle and it was fixed. I then went to clean the vent and you told me not to do it nor would you allow me to fix the smoke alarm for you as you said, and i quote, "is this going to be an all day affair" it would have take me 2 minutes to do the vent and the smoke alarm just like it took 2 minutes to fix the tub handle. I offered you a refund if you left in 10 minutes when you started to tell me the property should have been $110 per night, this was just as i was about to fix the faucet handle issue however you turned down my offer. I turned the pool heat on for you free of charge because of the bath handle and the vent, when i told you i had done this i also said if you were going out one day id be happy to come back and clean the vent, you advised you would be going to epcot the following day and this is when i came and cleaned the vent for you. I also took your dog out so it could do a pee as you would have left it on its own all day. Your review is also confusing considering your facebook page which we took screenshots of has plenty of pictures of the rental which all your family and friends commented how nice it looked which you didnt correct them on, you also posted pictures of the nice clean heated free of charge pool which your family and friends commented on. I can help but think this review is motivated in part because you felt embarrassed that i was able to resolve the bath issue that a master plumber diagnosed incorrectly. Out of all the reviews for this house you are the only person to say it wasnt clean

First time renters! We enjoyed it!

We enjoyed the home! The online pictures are accurate but didn't do it justice in my opinion. It actually looks better in person. It's very spacious. We loved the safety of the gated community and having access to community related things. Although we wanted to us the pool during our December stay, unfortunately the pool heat didn't work and couldn't be fixed during our stay but the owner made sure I got the pool heat money back and he promptly called me to explain the issue. Had it been fixed while we were there, the owner wasn't going to charge for the pool heat which I thought was super nice of him. The pool repairman was there the day we were checking out so I know for a fact it was being fixed for future renters. We weren't disappointed though because we were so busy with Disney World theme parks and all that we just wanted to shower and go to bed when we were at the house. I love that all the rooms have tvs too. And there is a half bathroom next to the laundry room. There were only instructions on what to do with bedding and towels with washing. No other instructions upon checking out. But I've rented enough condos, cabins, and homes that I just did the standard of what they ask when I check out with those places. I would rent here again, if the opportunity comes up. It's a beautiful neighborhood. It was peaceful and quiet for us. The drive was great too and from the parks too. You are also super close to anything you need like Walmart. Stores. Gas stations. Gift shops. Restaurants. Etc.

If you are headed to Disney, this is the place to stay. A five minute drive! Restaurants and stores very close by. Of course the pool was our favorite feature!

Safe and Quiet Community

We very much enjoyed our stay this past weekend. Lee made it an easy process to check-in. When I called him after hours he still called back to make sure we had what we needed. The pool was clean and it was a quiet and safe community, very close to the parks. Clean inside and lots of bedrooms. I would stay again when and if we visit Orlando area again.
