This Nantucket spot is just steps away from downtown, making it the perfect home-base for your group. Leisurely explore the beaches, bike the trails, and discover downtown; all easily accessible from our home. The main house and accompanying cottage can accommodate up to 11 guests looking to experience the best of the island.

- The fourth bedroom can only be accessed by going outside of the main home

- Heated pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day

Guest Access:
The entire home is reserved for your exclusive use. Please note this listing consists of a main house and a separate cottage. This home is not ADA accessible.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located just a 10 minute drive or 20 minute walk from downtown Nantucket. The shoreline is close by, with the popular Jetties Beach just a 10 minute bike ride through town. Our home’s location is perfect for those looking to get the best of both worlds; the hustle and bustle of the community center and the reprieve of an island getaway.

Getting Around:
Want to explore? We’ve got you covered. Downtown Nantucket is a 20 minute walk away, but if you’re looking to adventure to other parts of the island, there are several different transportation options near us. There are two bike rentals within a 15 minute walk from our home; Young’s Bicycle Shop and Sandy Pedals Bikes. But, if cycling isn’t your speed, Affordable Rentals is also a 15 minute walk away in Downtown. Just remember to bike safely and wear a helmet!

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. 
-We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.  
-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 
-Pets are not allowed at this property. 
-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here. Should the rare maintenance issue occur, our ground team is available to assist. Check in is keyless; no need to worry about lost keys!
