• There are noise monitoring devices in the units that are activated if there is a significant level of noise to ensure that all guests are considerate of those around them. There will be a fine and we have a zero-tolerance/one-strike policy for any activity that disrupts the neighbors.
1. The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day.
2. If you’re travelling with a pet, please let us know. The pet fee is a one-time charge of $49/pet.
3. There is on-site parking available between the two towers, underneath the building for $34/day. If you're interested in one parking pass, please send your license plate number and vehicle made to register. Please note that any unregistered vehicles found will be towed.
