Welcome to our stunning property, located on the shores of Lake of the Ozarks. This house is located at the 17mm and features 4 beds/4 baths within the main house, as well as a separate studio-style fifth bedroom at dock level with a fridge and microwave. Oversized dock to enjoy a refreshing swim in the lake. The kitchenette on the dock is perfect for outdoor entertaining.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with the needed utensils and appliances for any meal. Appliances include a microwave, electric stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker with freshly brewed coffee options. The dining area can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.

Indoor Living: Flat screen smart TV with free wifi and availability to popular streaming apps.

Parking: 9 spots available, garage, in front of the garage, in front of the house, and a half-circle gravel area as well

Outdoor Living: Two spacious decks off the living room with patio sets, one is screened-in. Boat parking is on the side of the dock furthest away from the main channel and can accommodate up to a 40ft boat. Fishing, lounging, and swimming on the oversized dock with a kitchenette. Amazing home! Great swimming and fishing!

3 families stayed during a 12U softball tournament weekend. Great hone! Dock and patio with 2nd BBQ was perfect for daynof swimming and fishing! We caught crappie, bass, blue gill and catfish right from docks!!! Lots of stairs inside and out, so bring tennis shoes, and you can NOT access the amazing lower level with all bunk beds and tv etc from indoors....so not good for tounger kids as they have to walk along path by water to access house. Kitchen, bedrooms everything was wonderful! Host VERY quick to respond when ran out of propane within an hour. Great home! Quiet and cannot hear big boats on main channel!
