Pack your bags and bring your family and friends to "The Anchor House" lakeside retreat. This 2 level ranch home has tons of living space. With 5 bedrooms, 2 family areas and 4 outdoor living spaces you will be able to spread out, relax and enjoy your time away.

The main level living area boasts a 65" curved screen TV and large seating area which serves as the perfect spot to relax after a long day on the lake. The lower level living area offers another 65" TV, a bar and plenty of seating. Great space to hang out, watch TV, or play games.

The Anchor House has 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass siding door. Bathroom 3 is newly remodeled and has a double vanity and closet in addition to the wonderful tiled shower. The bedrooms each have their own TV and streaming capabilities for access to hundreds of movies and TV shows. In addition, each bed and bathroom is furnished with fresh linens and towels for hotel quality living. The large bunk room has a multitude of board games including an oversized Jenga, and many classics that you probably played while growing up. There's also an X-Box available for any gamers that make the trip.

The kitchen at the Anchor House is fully stocked with everything you need to cook or bake. It comes equipped with slate stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

Next to the kitchen is a large dining table that seats 10 or more.

The upper deck is right off the dining/kitchen area and has french doors that open directly to the deck area. On the deck there is a large dining table and and stainless steel propane grill. Being close to the dining/kitchen area makes it easy to BBQ.

The large lower deck is a perfect place for relaxing on the bistro tables. . There's even space to play bags/cornhole while enjoying the beautiful lake view. Speaking of the view, the views off both decks are amazing. The surrounding trees offer the right amount of shade and privacy, while keeping the great views of the beautiful cove in tact. By the water there is another deck area with more seating and a large firepit area right off the deck.

Just a few steps off the deck by the water is a 2 slip dock with large swim platform. One slip is available to guests to tie up boats or jet skis while staying. There is another large dining table on the dock for hanging out and watching people swim off the swim platform, or to relax and enjoy being on the water. There are plenty of water toys for enjoying the water including, air rafts, kayaks, and a large lily pad for on the lake lounging. There are also decorative lights on the dock and stairway to the dock so you can hang out on the dock at night as well.

One of the best things about "The Anchor House" is it's fantastic location. Located in the heart of Osage Beach, you are just minutes from tons of great restaurants, shops and attractions by land or water. Some of the restaurants include Backwater Jacks, Dog Days, Shorty Pants, Redheads, and Margaritaville to name a few, all on the lake. Off the lake there are many more fantastic choices just minutes away. Want to do some shopping? The outlet mall is a 5 minute drive! There's also great shopping on Bagnell Dam minutes away. Forgot to bring drinks for your trip? Grocery store is just a couple minutes down the road. If you want to rent a boat or PWC, there are handful of places to do so close by. In addition you will find waterpark, horseback riding, go kart tracks, put-put golf, laser tag, ice cream shops and many more recreational spots a very short drive away. Just a couple minutes off HWY 54, travel is easy from KC, St Louis or Columbia.

"The Anchor House" has ample parking with 2 parking spots directly in front of the garage and 3 more spots in a dedicated parking area for the home off the street. If that's not enough there is room for more vehicles curbside on the street.
