Come and relax in our family-friendly home in San Jose! It's 1b1b suite with 1 small living room. Walkable to free basketball and tennis court, 5-10 minute drive to Great Mall, Costco, Ranch 99, and a 30 minute drive to Stanford University! This is the perfect place for family and friends to gather, make memories, and relax any time of year.
The space
This is an independent unit in a SFH with its own entry. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a cozy living room. You don't share any spaces with others but share walls with another 2 units which in the same house.

The living room has a couch which you can extend into a sleep sofa and small size fridge to store food and microwave to heat food.
