Clean and spacious home

Property was exactly as listed. It was very clean and spacious. We had a very minor issue and it was addressed right away. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars plus!! ❤️❤️❤️

Great for everyone

Ricky was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time exploring the area during the day and relaxing at the house in the evening. It was perfect for just the 2 of us, but we can't wait to come back with friends and family. The pool table, air hockey, and arcade game were a fun bonus.

Perfect

We traveled with another couple to the Eureka Springs area for the eclipse. This property was a perfect place for us to stay for a few nights. It was clean, well stocked and in a lovely neighborhood. Ricky was a great communicator throughout our visit. We would definitely return.

Holiday Island Visit

We enjoyed the hot tub after a day out. The house is spacious. Our teenager loved the large tv. The home is about 20 minutes away from Eureka Springs which was perfect. There are deer in the neighborhood so be careful when driving around 4:30pm.

Great home. Great location

The home is clean and well equipped. Only 20 minutes to Eureka Springs. Owner was very responsive and helpful. We had a minor issue that was remedied immediately.
