Three bed one bath unit located in a unique four plex. Located super close to the airport and historic midtown and Spenard with plenty of excellent restaurants and shopping. Nice deck with a barbecue and fire pit where you can relax after a long day of Alaskan activities.

What makes this property unique

Lovely property located in a quiet neighborhood. I love the deck in the late summer evenings and a cozy fireplace to warm up to in the winter months.
