Relax on the screened-in patio and host unforgettable BBQs, or unwind after a day exploring Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. For extra fun, there’s a foosball table perfect for family or group game nights.

Inside, enjoy high-end finishes and 2,300 sq ft of thoughtfully decorated space with a touch of the tropics. With plenty of room to relax, work, and play, this mid-century modern gem is perfect for a family getaway, group vacation, or peaceful retreat.

Pool or spa heating is available for $45/day. Please note that heating is weather-dependent. During colder temperatures (below ~70°F), the heater can be turned on, but the pool may only reach the mid- to upper-70s or low-80s and may not reach the 80s or 90°. Heating fees are non-refundable once activated.

Nice place to rest and refresh

My friends and I were visiting a classmate, celebrating her birthday. We needed a place to shower and sleep during our stay and this place served the purpose. I wish we had time to actually stay at the house AWAKE longer and enjoy more of the amenities, but the time we were there was satisfactory.
