Welcome to The Beach Front Oasis!
Perfectly situated along the Gulf Coast of Panama City Beach, this newly remodeled 22nd floor unit is your home away from home. This modern and spacious condo with high 10' ceiling is located at Ocean Reef, Panama City Beach's newer condominium development!

Unlike the larger, high-rise condos in Panama City Beach, low-density Ocean Reef is only 161 units, allowing its over 320 feet of sugar-sand beach frontage to be much less crowded than those of most high-rise Panama City Beach condos. In addition, this condo is located on the less crowded West end of the beach, ideal for couple's getaways.

Here, you can enjoy the luxury of a beachfront property, that is tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still within easy proximity to area attractions such as golf courses, a marine park Gulf World, a water park (Shipwreck Island) and the recently opened Pier Park shopping and dining complex including Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, a new (16) theater multi-plex, Arron Bessant park and hundreds of unique stores and restaurants. Only 1 mile away from Pier Park, this unit is truly in the heart of Panama City Beach!

The Beach Front Oasis easily houses 6 people and is equipped with 2 queen size beds and 1 king size bed, to meet everybody's comfort requirements. It is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer to accommodate all your needs. The best feature of The Beach Front Oasis is the massive balcony that can be accessed from the open concept family room as well as the master suite. Here you can sit back and relax, with a margarita in hand, to watch the spectacular sunset along the legendary Emerald Coast.

*Admin charge of $75 is there to cover up to $1500 of property damage. Hence, I have waived mandatory property damage insurance / damage deposit.
*Please note that occupancy is limited to 6 total. Renters are required to be at least 25 years of age and the building does not cater to spring breakers. *

Perfect vacation condo.

We visit PCB every year and this is the nicest condo we’ve stayed in. The pool and beach were way less crowded that what we’ve experienced. The chair and wagon make days on the beach so much easier. We would highly recommend!!

Nice location with great views of the beach

Well decorated and clean condo. Loved the spacious balcony deck overlooking the beach. Within walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a short drive to shopping center and a wide variety of bars and restaurants. Hosts were wonderful!

This is a beautiful, clean, and well equipped condo on Panama City Beach! The condo is on a quiet and less crowded part of the beach, but is centrally located and easy to get to various activities. We had a wonderful stay!

Spring break

Absolutely beautiful view of the beach, we saw dolphins almost every day. We had an eagle cruise right by us which was awesome, he was so close and of course none of us had a camera! Parking was easy , and we had everything at the rental that we needed. Lots of storage we enjoyed the beach. Definitely will come back!

Beautiful Condo on the Beach

We visit Panama City every year and the most recent years we have found renting a condo is so much better than a hotel room. This condo was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed to have a fabulous stay. My wife and I loved waking up and seeing the ocean from the master bedroom every morning. The included wagon was very helpful in bringing our luggage and things from the car. The owners were very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Great condo on the beach

We had a great week at PCB and was close to everything we wanted to do! Owners were VERY quick with communication and meeting needs!! My only recommendation would be (and this is strictly a “mom” personal preference with kids) to add towel hooks in second bathroom. Other than that, the condo had everything we needed for the week, location was great and we will definitely be looking to return! Great family vacation week!

Best condo ever

Condo was nice, great quality appliances, and all the beach equipment you need. The beds were comfortable. the communication was great. Would definitely rent again. Also consider buying one of these units. Covered parking, pools were perfect, no steps anywhere at this condominium. Easy beach access. Super place. Absolutely recommend

Wonderful views!!!

This was our second stay in this condo and it was just as we remembered it! The 22nd floor balcony had very comfortable furniture to relax and listen to the surf or read, or just takes a nap, It also had the mostbreathtaking views of the Gulf sunsets. The weather was not the most cooperative, but we just dressed a little warmer and enjoyed the sights. Everything you could need is at your disposal. We stayed 2 weeks and cooked in our home away from home quite a bit. But, we also enjoyed going out. We loved the Wicked Wheel, ask for Jessica if you go. Senor Frogs is a lot of fun and has great food too. We were able to walk to several restaurants. Authentika is great The drinks are amazing and the food is good. Local Steamer is different and very good. Zollo's Pizza is also very good. For Breakfast, The All American diner has good food and a 50's diner vibe. AND I can't forget A'more doughnuts. It is right across the street! We plan to stay here again the next time we are in PCB!!

Ocean Reef PCB

Absolutely wonderful time and place to stay! Owners were extremely responsive with any questions or concerns, check in was quick and easy, the place was gorgeous and very clean! We had an absolutely fantastic time and would be sure to look this place up for when we return. The views aren’t done any justice by pictures - must see in person. I was so happy we decided to stay here! We had the best time. The building was secure, safe and clean and had no problems during our stay. They had everything you could think of available in the condo from a beach cart, chairs, cooler, sand toys, fully furnished and even had binoculars to use..which was very neat to see marine life with from the balcony. The owners were absolutely wonderful and fantastic to work with! Thank you again!!

Wonderful Unit

Can't say enough about how great this unit was. Everything was just as advertised. We would defiantly stay here again. This only negative thing we had, had nothing to do with the unit, but instead with the outdoor grills. We used them one afternoon to grill supper. One of the lids on the grills were broke and would try to fall off and the only way to access the grills is through the dog park where owners let their dogs use the bathroom. Not pleasant walking through that with food. Once again, I can not brag enough on the unit we stayed in.

Beautiful condo in a great location!

The pictures of this condo do not do it justice. It is beautifully appointed with high end appliances. We loved the view from the balcony which is the biggest balcony I’ve ever seen in any condo we’ve stayed at. We had a slight problem a couple days after arrival and the owner, Joon was right on it. We did arrive early and were able to check in right away. There are many restaurants within walking distance which was very nice. The only problem we had was our parking spot. It was very hard to get in and out and we have a smaller car. But it was a very minor inconvenience since we were able to park and walk to a lot of places. We are looking forward to our next stay at Joon and Cindy’s condo!!

Exactly as Advertised - And Better

We have stayed in a number of condos over the years, each being depicted as "heavenly", "gorgeous", "best views". And for whatever reason none has matched the advertising. Until now. This is hands-down the finest condo we've stayed in. Everything you see in the photos is dead on. The view: breathtaking. The decor: upscale. The ability to chill, refresh and enjoy the beach: very few places are better, especially at this price point. Joon and Cindy were very communicative, very helpful and were dedicated to making our stay great. If you're not sold by now, then you don't deserve this place. Rent it. Enjoy it. Recharge your batteries here. You'll be glad you did.

5-stars beach condo

Condo was very neat and provided a comfortable stay. Conveniently located by iconic attractions such as Go Karts, Mini Golf, Shipwreck Island water park, and Pier Park. Classic restaurants with beach view are only minutes from the condo. The balcony view was amazing, and we woke up to dolphins in the bay every morning. Beach cart, chairs and umbrellas were conveniently available for our use. The pool area was well maintained and grills were available for use. Walks along the beach at sunset are a must. Overall, wonderful stay. Five stars!

We have been coming to Florida to vacation for many years, trying different locations. Then we discovered Panama City Beach. We loved the city, the people, and the beaches that are pristine and goes on endlessly. We rented at the Ocean Reef (the current building) for three years. Each time we enjoyed it so much, we started to talk about purchasing a Condo in PCB. We went around with an agent looking at various buildings in the city. But somehow we kept comparing what we saw against what we knew at the Ocean Reef. More we saw, more we came back to Ocean Reef. We knew we were purchasing the unit to enjoy it ourselves during our retirement. We felt at home at Ocean Reef. The building was not pretentious, yet very functional and of high quality. The parking area was in the building, rather than across the street, the beach was quieter and much less crowded. But most of all, we met a few permanent residents of the building and there was an instant connection.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this Condo for three reasons. First, it has a very rare 10 feet ceiling. A typical condo has 8 feet ceiling. This makes the unit feel very airy and large. Photos do not convey this very well, but you will feel it as soon as you walk into the unit. Second, 10'x30' balcony. This is massive for a Condo. It adds 300 sqft of living space. Third, low-density beach. This Condo is located in the quieter part of the beach, yet very close to all amenities.

If you are looking for a fancy Hotel/Theme Park type of building, this is not it. We have looked at those Condos, but it was always all show and no substance once we walked into the Unit. Low ceiling, small balcony and heavily used. However, if you are looking for more "Home" like feeling, excellent Unit, and white sand beach in a quieter area, this is it!
