Additional sleeping space in living room on sofa sleeper. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 vehicles. wristbands required at all community facilities. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of 45 dollars + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking

- A two-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay
