Very well stocked kitchen. Best I’ve seen really. The house wasn’t quaint and quiet. The shower is TINY. The directions to the house need some help. “Don’t go through the tunnel” or “go left right before the tunnel” would have been helpful. The linens and bathroom were very clean, but there were spiderwebs and dust everywhere. The porch was amazing and made it!

I am so glad you enjoyed your stay in our little log cabin. I always send out a directions attachment with detailed directions and pictures since cell reception in the area is unreliable and GPS is often misleading. PLEASE review the information before your drive. It includes “do not go through the tunnel”, and “turn left just before the tunnel”. I think most people these days put the address in GPS and don’t think about it unless they encounter a problem. Thank you so much for drawing attention to the importance of reviewing the direction sheet!

This place was amazing! Clean, well maintained, private and safe. The roads are steep and partially paved, but a 4WD had no problems. I can’t wait to go back!

What a beautiful getaway! Love the location, seculed and beautiful. Only a few minutes from downtown. The mountain roads can be intimidating, but give it a little gas and you'll be fine. The Saluda grade is right there if you are into railroad history. The cabin is charming and quaint. It's perfect for relaxing and the decks are great for reading a book. Everything you might need is there.

The cabin met all of our expectations! We loved its secluded location and charm, yet it was still close to town. We were able to allow our pups out without being worried about a busy road and close neighbors. It was just what we were looking for on this trip!

Quiet getaway

Little Log Cabin is a Little Gem in the Woods

My husband and I stayed in this property in March for two nights. The cabin is rustic and is true to the pictures as well as the descriptions online. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, look no further. We would most definitely stay here again

Fabulous Cabin!

The cabin was great and the host was super quick on communication! Will definitely stay at this cabin again. Plenty of towels and blankets and the kitchen felt so comfortable with plenty of dishes and utensils.
