Come relax at Sunny Haven located in the family friendly community of Lakeside South in Bradenton, FL. You are sure to enjoy the many amenities and activities offered here as well as being so convenient to beaches, golf, shopping, restaurants, and IMG Academy. Relax on the screened-in lanai and enjoy the BBQ and patio overlooking the pond and heated community pool. You will be only minutes away from Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, Siesta Key and an abundance of outstanding attractions.
Our 3 bedroom 2 bath home has a well equipped kitchen with loads of cooking/dining needs. Enjoy the two comfortable recliners in the living room and the 48"TV with Roku and cable. you will find numerous games, puzzles and cards for adult and family playtime located in the living room drawers and bins. The washer and dryer are located in the garage as well as a bike, golf clubs, beach chairs, umbrella and equipment.
The primary bedroom has a king size bed with en suite bathroom/shower. There is a queen size bed and 48"TV w/Roku in the second bedroom and twin beds and a 30"TV w/Roku in the third bedroom. The shared bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Home away from Home

Beautiful, bright, welcoming and spotless home. Everything we needed and more. We really appreciated the welcome guest book and cookies. Perfect location close to shopping and restaurants and only 20 minutes from Homes Beach on Anna Maria Island. Would love to come back.
