Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.This place is very close to things but out of the crazy rush. A restaurant and very large store with in walking distance.There is a third bedroom here with tow bunks beds for the young ones to have there own sleeping area with two bedrooms with queen sizes beds and also a sofa that makes to a queen size sofa sleeper!We have a marina for fishing off the dock or renting a boat for this special trout fishing with the water being 42 degrees yr around.

Upstairs TV wasn't working and host forgot to tell us how to login to wifi and how to turn on the ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom (remote control in bedroom drawer). However, host was very helpful and personable and came by quickly to help. The grandkids loved the twin beds! Everything else was reasonable good.

Lovely Stay for Family Christmas in Branson

If you are a small family and only staying a few nights.. then this property is adequate. However, if you are staying more then two nights. I can’t recommend to you enough that you should not stay in this place. For one he was arguing over us lowering the AC down 4 to what he expected it to stay at. He did not want to have a text conversation or a conversation on the Vrbo app. He only wanted a phone conversation. He also stopped by the property to argue over the air-conditioning. That was harassment. It is listed as a three bedroom, but it is not a three bedroom. It is a one bedroom that has a closet. The upstairs is a loft with a bed and then a large closet that was turned into a bedroom with two twin beds. The airflow upstairs was awful and that is why we lowered the AC at night. He did not leave us enough toilet paper for our 12 nights nor enough trash bags. The place was stocked very minimally and no special touches for a group coming and spending 12 nights. He also only lives two blocks away and he made that known in a few times. Charles definitely is not a super Host and made me realize why I like staying in hotels so much more. It was super unfortunate that we picked this place to stay at because we were there for a special event and it really made us feel unwelcome and put a damper on our stay in Branson.

I am sorry for your views as this has never happened at my place before. The ad I posted for my place very clearly states the size of that bunk room that other guests love for their kids and the kids love it also. I stopped by one time to help you all adjust the vents for better air flow because I was not getting a response from you all through the phone or Vrbo s sieght. I mention I am only blocks away to let you know I can help with anything inwhich other guest like. I tell you all I am here for any concerns. I am sorry about your experience as no one else has had any of this. You were here in a very hot weather and ask to keep the heat on 72 as you put it on 67 as I mentioned that the heat and air professionals said this is not good. I did tell you all that is would be less stress on the electric grid if you reduced the temps at night inwhich you did . Thank you for your dtay

Short Getaway

We arrived and had everything we needed. It was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable and the host checked in to make sure everything was ok during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again.

The host was great at communicating with me, sending the check in information as well as checking in with us during our stay. The space was a bit tight for our group (5 adults, 3 kids) but if you had less adults and more kids it would be great. One thing to note is that there is not a great place to put a Pack-n-Play if you’re planning to travel with one. Great location, 15 minutes to SDC or 10 minutes to 76 strip!

Weekend getaway

This was the perfect place for our family. There were 2 adults 4young adults and 2 children ages 11 and 12. It was just right! The pullout sofa wasn’t very comfortable for one of the young adult couples, but honestly I’ve never seen a comfortable pull out couch. We loved the stay! Highly recommend

Family Fall Break

We had a great few days and the property. Family of 4 adults and 3 kids fit just right at the condo. Owner/manager was very nice and easy to contact when needed. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a place while in Branson.

Owner is great to deal with.

This is a nice place to stay. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is I should have looked at the size closer. It was a little small for our family of 6 adults other than that it was clean, easy to contact owner, and close to everywhere we wanted to visit. I would recommend this rental to my friends and family.

Condo is a little dated and 3rd bedroom in loft was a little warm otherwise itWasGood. Charles was a great host. Responded promptly when needed and kept us informed about water main issues.

It was good. Host was very communicative, and nice. Only reason for 4 stars is, the floors was a little dirty and we found a couple random items left under beds by other guests such as, socks.

My family had a great Christmas in Branson. The kitchen is a little small but doable. The property manager replied quickly to my messages. Will go again!

Best for family with small children

Everything was great at this condo. The third bedroom was the size of a large closet. For smaller children it would be perfect, but for our teenagers it was a little small. We had 7 people stay here, all adult size. Overall the place was clean and well stocked. Location was great. Close to main road.

Highly recommend!

The property was very clean. It is located in a great location. Quiet neighborhood within a short driving distance from town. We had a small issue operating the door entry and Charles drove over to help us. He responded within minutes each time we had a question. Will definitely stay next time we visit Branson!

The property was nice. Only detriment was dog hair on the floors downstairs, and on some furniture. It simply wasn't cleaned well. Other than that. It was great and worth the value
