Just had an excellent weekend in our amazing Splash suite! The unit was thoughtfully designed, clean, comfortable, and included absolutely everything you need for your stay. Unbeatable location and parking included. Great food and service in the restaurant downstairs. Will certainly plan another stay in the future.

Splash Suites is the perfect place for a couple's stay while in Bemus Point. Centrally located for doing whatever you want in Bemus Point. The unit was totally updated. Would highly recommend for a couple's weekend.

Modern suite right in the heart of Bemus with off-street parking. Bed was very comfortable. We didn't cook but kitchen was well appointed. Within walking distance of everything Bemus has to offer. Great lake view from the balcony. Owner was very responsive.

Awesome Weekend in Bemus Point

This is our second time staying at Splash Suites and it was exactly as we remembered! The perfect property… great hosts, immaculate living space, located right in the heart of town. Everything that you need for a great get away. And sitting on your private porch watching the sunset each night or having coffee and watching the town open up… priceless! Thank you! Can’t wait to come back again this summer!

Off Season visit

My husband and I typically frequent the lake during the summer months. This splash suite was perfect for this early Nov trip. The town is very quiet compared to what we are used too, however we loved it! We were able to walk to 14 Main & Bemus Golf Course for meals. Parking was very convenient. Apartment was clean and just the right size for us two. We will keep this place in mind for the future!

What a perfect retreat!

We rented this property to celebrate my father's 70th and it did not disappoint! The view was OUTSTANDING, by far the best among all of the Splash Suites units. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town. The property was just the right size for a couples get away and comfortable to host our gathering of 8 for the day. Should you rent from the boat rental place next door, you'll be greeted with small town hospitality from both the owners and their dogs (so lovely!). We highly recommend and will absolutely come back.

Beautiful and comfortable apt with every you need. Walking distance to several places with good food, drinks and atmosphere. Had one problem early in our stay. Owner was quick to respond and resolve the problem. Would like a 3 day minimum instead of 5 requirement

The Perfect Escape

Just finished a three night stay at SPLASH! This is a brand new property located in Bemus Point, NY. We chose Suite 2 on purpose so that our balcony would look right out at Chautauqua Lake!! It was everything we were hoping for and more. The one bedroom flat was immaculate, beautifully appointed furnishings, a great kitchen, gorgeous bedroom and bath. It come with a parking spot so no hassle getting around each day (which is a major bonus in Bemus Point in the summer!!) Hosts were super responsive and very helpful. Wr are already looking forward to our next stay!

We have always loved to vacation and can appreciate nice accommodations, excellent service, good food, and unique places, so we are now sharing our best experiences with you.

Bemus Point is located in Chautauqua County, and this area has many things to do, whatever season you choose to visit. When you do, we look forward to meeting you!
