Family Friendly Chalet perfect for all season`s . Minutes from Beautiful Wards beach at Lake Whitingham and 15 minutes from Mt Snow and the Hermitage mountain Skiing. 5 minutes from quintessential Vermont town of Wilmington
Summer:
Walk to the amazing non developed lake. you can Kayak, boat, fish. Stream runs along the property. Pond in the rear of the property.
Winter:
Snowmobile & snowshoe right outside the door. 15 Minutes from MT Snow and the Hermitage club

*- Pets will be considered( Type, size, etc) for a fee of $75/ up to 3 night stay. $150 for anything over 4 nights. Please inquire about your pet before booking.)

*- Once Booking is confirmed a rental agreement will be required to be signed with a photo id

*- A preauthorization charge of $500 will be placed on your CC in leu of a refundable security deposit just prior to checkout. This charge will be released no later than 5 days from your departure.

*- When booking with CC the CC processing fee is no refundable. Any booking cancellation will be refundable based on the cancellation policy minus the CC processing fee for the amount paid.
