Why they chose this property
I understand a lot of festivals are conducted in Houston, visitors, employees, professionals alike come to Houston especially the downtown area to do business and so, i decided to take advantage/ explore my hospitality passion in the rising real estate market opportunity to provide short term vacation rental in these growing neighborhood due to its proximity to Houston downtown/ medical center.
What makes this property unique
This is a new, Modern fully equipped property. All the rooms/ living room are equipped with smart TV for your movie streaming, private bathroom, and a top table fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped to enable guests cook meal of their choice hence feel home away from home. It is equipped with brand new washer and dryer and the master bedroom has a dedicated work space and an unlimited internet connection incase you work from home. Guest will have the whole house to themselves including the garage. The home has a security camera in front, the back and at the entrance door.
