You will fall in love with this beach home-away-from-home! This 2 bedroom beach cottage has all you need to enjoy a relaxing and elevated vacation experience in the quieter neighborhood of the North Pacific Beach community. Whether you're traveling near or far, you will feel right at home and right at ease in this comfortable space. Grassy yards are hard to come by around the beach, and this home has two! Sip your morning coffee on the front porch entertained by people-watching, then head to the backyard in the afternoon to grill up some lunch and sip cocktails out back. Maybe a round or two of connect four with family and friends. Make the quick 5 minute walk to the beach in the late afternoon to catch the spectacular San Diego sunsets. This will be your new favorite beach home coastal escape.

The living room fireplace is inoperable.
This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.
Neighborhood Notes:
Pacific Beach is San Diego's lively take on the classic boardwalk beach town with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, originally built in 1925 but since restored, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and an arcade. Pacific Beach is just a few minutes to Sea World, 15-20 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

Attention:
This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

Don't forget to report any damages, issues, or upgrade suggestions—we truly value your feedback! Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless a late check-out was pre-approved. The home is a block from the beach and easy walking distance to all PB restaurants and shops. It is a great little place if you are traveling with your pup - nice yard area. Only a 3-minute walk to see the sunrise and sunsets over the Pacific Ocean. The host was very attentive and helpful.

This house had everything you needed for a very comfortable stay. It’s close to a lot of restaurants, little cafes and a cute food fest while we were there. The property was well kept and it was great they had an outdoor shower. We were able to bypass the line for the beach showers and just rinsed off at home. This house will be the go to house when we visit SD again.

Great location! A block from the beach! The best taco shop just around the corner too! Grocery store is just a few blocks away… Everything you need is right there. The house was spotless and the kitchen was very well equipped. They had YouTube TV and excellent WiFi. Will definitely stay there again!

Stayed here for my wedding weekend and it was better than I could have imagined! All the girls got ready at the house and it was big enough for all of us to get ready comfortably (6 girls). This house was the perfect location, clean and well appointed with supplies, and kitchen amenities. The backyard was a perfect space for our 2 dogs. We enjoyed our Christmas week there with extended family visiting us each day. We took daily walks to the beach and never had to worry about parking spaces. We fit our Chevy Silverado, our son’s Durango and our visiting daughter’s Ford Edge all in the driveway. The garage was perfect to store my husband’s bike and the bins we unpacked and extra food and water. The only thing I would change are the mattresses. I’d put in a king mattress in one room, but definitely replace each one with new mattresses. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

We absolutely loved our stay here! You can't beat the location from Pacific Beach, just a block and a half away. We love drinking our coffee in the backyard in the mornings and being able to walk over to the beach to see if the sunset was any good or not. We were here over the 4th of July so everything was super crowded, but it didn't feel that way here at the house. Loved that there was a long enough driveway to fit both of our vehicles. Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at this property several times over the years and keep coming back. The location is great being just one block from the beach and a few blocks from all the shops and restaurants. They recently updated the interior which turned out nice. Kitchen is well stocked and having private parking and the garage for storage is extremely convenient. We would highly recommend this property.

Always a Special Place

This was our ninth extended stay and, as always, we loved it! 821 is such a warm, inviting and comfortable home with all the amenities you need … clean, well-appointed, comfortable seating and beds, well-equipped kitchen, excellent internet service, lovely fenced backyard, off-street parking, only a block to the beach, and an easy walk to all that PB has to offer. It would be hard to find a better place.

Loved the property, loved the location. Steps from the beach, quiet at night . Only negative (and this is out of control of the property manager) is that we couldn't use the beautiful outdoor space during the day because of construction noise from the home behind the property.
