Dirt road that is well kept by the HOA
Plenty of parking in the sides of the house and in front. ATVs can be driven in the roads, but cannot exceed 15 mph.

Perfect Family Getaway!

We loved staying at this beautiful home! My kids especially loved the bunk room, arcade game and air hockey table! The adults loved the deck with its awesome view. All the extra touches make it feel so homey and relaxing. We would recommend this property to everyone!

Lovely weekend at the lake!

This Bear Lake is our favorite! The location is great. The house was just perfect for our three families with plenty of space and beds for everyone. Cam was so easy to work with too.

Why they chose this property

Beautiful views of BearLake with nothing blocking the view. Enjoy the wildlife while enjoying friendly neighbors close, but not that close. Short 5 min drive to the Main Street in Garden City.
