This is a cozy studio condo unit with a queen bed, sofa bed, kitchenette, and full bathroom. Large closet and dresser for all your storage needs as well as storage locker on ground level for all your ski and snowboard gear. 50" HD Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. Private Balcony. Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Barbeque Stations. Location is on the doorstep of the Kancamagus highway and Steps to the Pemigewasset River.

This was the perfect mini home away from home! Place was well stocked with towels and extra blankets. Loved the decor, and was extremely clean. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect play to stay for a ski weekend

Stayed here with my fiancé for a ski weekend and it was perfect. SO clean, and perfect amount of space for us. For a studio we felt it was quite roomie. The location could not have been better given proximity to mountain and nearby restaurants. Property manager was super responsive and so kind. Would absolutely stay again.

Great place for a summer stay in the mountains!

This was the perfect place for my daughter and I while vacationing in the White Mountains! The location if perfect if you are looking to visit the Flume Gorge, Lost River Gorge, and Polar Caves. Everything was a 15-30 minute drive. Lots of cute places to eat a few minutes away and even a couple places that you can walk to. We loved being able to cool after at the pool after hiking/adventuring. Would definitely stay here again!

Hiking adventure

We enjoyed our stay at the lodge. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. It is a good size for the three of us and affordable. It feels like a studio apartment with one queen and a couch/sofa bed. It was nice to have a kitchen for cooking meals. Our son enjoyed playing ping pong in the basement.

Awesomeness

This place was perfect for our family. We came up the see the ice castle which was 8 minutes down the road. We were able to hike Franconia state park as well as Sabbaday Falls along the Kanc. If we had time to go skiing this is a perfect location loon mountain is right there with a shuttle bus to take you and your gear there without having to worry about parking at the mountain. There were great food options within walking distance and Lincoln is just a super fun town to walk around.

I stay was great, and the room was outstanding, I think I messed up on the dates. Dates? I thought I scheduled Friday and Saturday but somehow I messed up and scheduled Saturday and Sunday but it's all good. How can I book the same room again? Please reply. Regards, Scott and Pam
