Enjoyed our stay but…Needs some maintenance

We enjoyed our stay. The house is a great size, tv in every bedroom, quiet neighborhood but needs some maintenance. The master bath - the shower drain cover is not connected to the drain pipe. It comes off when showering. The water faucets in the master sink - the screens are plugged and need to be taken apart so there is better flow of water. One was just a drizzle. There were no cleaning products in the house?? We were there a week and only had one towel per person.
