About this property

2BR Cottage 3 blocks to the beach- walking distance to everything in town

Important*** We Do Not Provide any linens, bed sheets, or towels.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located guest house! We are around the corner from the best restaurants in town and just two blocks away from the famous Mudhen Brewing company! A short 3 block walk and you’ll be at the beach, and just 10-15 min walk to the amusement park.
The space
This is our rear guest house behind the main house house. The guest house is has an open layout with kitchen, dinning room and living room and bathroom on the first floor and two bedroom on the second floor.

First bedroom comes with a queen size bed, vanity table, side tables and a closet. second bedroom comes with a desk and chair next to a twin trundle bed that sleeps two and an additional foldable Pack-n- Play for your little ones.

This house is perfect for friends, or single family.
Guest access
You’ll have the whole house to yourself. There is washer and dryer outside of the house located in the laundry room. outdoor shower is shared among guests in staying on the other units.
Other things to note
There are outdoor surveillance cameras on premise for your safety.

This unit is not recommend for people or seniors with mobility issue or young toddler who aren’t able to walk confidently since there are stairs.

Great Stay!!

My friends and I stayed at the cottage from Sunday to Wednesday in July and everything was perfect. It was a perfect size for us and the house it’s self was decorated cute and beachy which we loved. The property manager was always quick to answer, super nice and helpful. Many things were provided such as toilet paper, bowls, utensils, q-tips and other little things that just made our stay so convenient. You are right near the convention center and they have a nice snack bar on the beach near the convention center so that you can get hotdogs, sodas and snacks. Mr. D’s Pizza is less than a block away and they had great pizza. Overall, I hope to stay here again and if you are thinking about booking a stay, I highly recommend!

Space too small

Space not worth paying 1500 dollars Did not make it clear in the listing how small and tiny ,like an out house. Cottage is not a proper description of the place I was not happy.
