This villa is in the beautiful Villa La Estancia resort which sits on Medano Beach, the only swimmable beach in Cabo!
While sitting on your balcony, you will have astounding views of the Sea of Cortez and the famous Land's End Arch.
When you book with us, you will have access to a personal concierge who can help take your trip to the next level by arranging your transportation, doing your grocery shopping, booking your restaurant reservations and planning your excursions.
As for your accommodations, this beautifully maintained villa includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, flat screen TV's in all rooms, cable, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms. The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The Guest Suite provides 2 Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center, and a full bath. There is also pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room.
The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, roomy dining room table, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pantry, as well as a washer/dryer/wash tub combo conveniently located and concealed right off the kitchen area. Enjoy the views from the fully firnished eat-in terrace complete with a gas grill and wet bar.
Villa La Estancia is a 5-star resort located on Medano Beach, which is the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. The lavish Cabo resort affords guests all of the amenities of a 5-star resort while enjoying the comforts of your own home. The U-shaped design of Villa La Estancia surrounds the Infinity Pool and affords all guests a beautiful a view of the Sea of Cortez. The resort is about a 15-20 beach stroll to town or the marina, or a quick 5 minute cab ride. It is situated close enough to easily access everything, without having to stay in the noisy hustle and bustle.

Villa la Estancia is a beautiful resort! The villa was perfect and had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed our week.

What makes this property unique

- Villa La Estancia is a full ownership resort, not a time-share.

- All villas face the Sea of Cortez and surround the Infinity Pool in a “U” shape.

- Two BR Villas offer an A side (Master suite and living area) and B side (Guest suite). The 2 sides share a common terrace overlooking the pool & the Sea of Cortez.

- Larger villas and penthouses have individualized floor plans.

- Family room and bedrooms have TV’s.

- Kitchens are fully equipped for cooking & dining including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser.

- There is a wall safe in the closet in the master bedroom and guest suite for your valuables.

- There is a washer/dryer/laundry tub in every villa.

- Housekeeping comes every other day to change linens, clean bathrooms, etc.,

- Villas have large terraces with lounging, sitting, and dining table with chairs.

- Many villas have gas grills for your cooking pleasure.

- Please restrict all smoking to the terrace area only. Fines of $500 will be charged if smoking occurs in the villas.

- Air conditioners will not operate if the sliding door (s) is open.

- All Villas have full baths in all Bedrooms and a full guest bath off the living area.
