This fully furnished and self contained studio is wonderfully located opposite Bar Beach and a short 2 minute drive to Merewether Beach and Newcastle City ( great location for Surfest & Supercars ).

Quality furniture welcomes you, a leather couch - perfect to relax on, or watch a movie. A comfortable Queen sized bed ensures you have a restful sleep. Beautifully furnished and spacious with air-conditioning and wi fi, a separate desk to research things to see and do in Bar Beach and Newcastle.

There is a kitchenette with bar fridge, 2 burner portable cooktop, microwave and all the utensils you'd need to cook up a storm, although more than likely you will be exploring the many well known nearby cafes and restaurants.

Set on the ground floor with private keypad access you can walk out the front door and the beautiful, safe beach is straight across the road. Above Bar Beach is a beautiful grassed area which is ideal to watch the sunset and enjoy an evening wine while enjoying the fresh sea air.

A short stroll to The Junction’s vibrant village eateries and supermarket, cosmopolitain Darby Street restaurants and bars, Merewether Surf House, Cooks Hill Surf Club, Merewether Ocean Baths, Bathers Way and Newcastle Memorial Walk.
