Welcome to the easy lake life! This lakefront home has so much to offer including an epic wet-bar on the basement level, private double decker dock, and big water views from nearly every room in the house! Relax by the water on the large main level balcony or the waterside patio off of the basement. Enjoy the easy walk down to the water! Bring your furry friends, pets are allowed for a fee! Just minutes from town, you will love exploring the trending city of Hartwell!

Here are our bedding and bath arrangements:

Main level - Master suite. King Bed, Ensuite Bathroom with tile shower, double vanity. Main level also has a half bath.

Basement - Bedroom 1: King Bed
Bedroom 2: Bunk beds, Queen over Queen
Bedroom 3: Bunk beds Full over Full with Twin Trundle

Basement has 1 full bath with tile shower.

Clemson game and family weekend

Wonderful place for families! Stayed for Clemson family weekend which was about 50 minutes away. Owners were awesome. House and dock were great for our older kids! Will definitely stay again!

Perfect Location

Loved this location and house. We’ve stayed at many VRBOs on Lake Hartwell and this is by far our fav. Close to Hartwell & Hartwell Marina. The home was so pretty and cozy. We had a very relaxed time.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving trip to your property! It is an adorable home, easily accommodated our whole family and the views of Lake Hartwell were amazing. With multiple large TVs and two living areas, it was easy for some to hang out and watch something different than the others. The large kitchen table was great so we could all sit together for meals. Another plus is that it was pet friendly! We fished off the dock, relaxed on the back deck and roasted marshmallows at the fire pit. Highly recommend this property for some family fun and relaxation!!

This is a beautiful property and lake house. It’s located in a quiet cove with great neighbors surrounding. The covered dock is great for securing your boat and swimming. You won’t want to leave our 4 yo granddaughter cried when it was check-out time. We’ll definitely be back.
