Spacious and stylish apartment (100m2) 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 terrace and 2 balconies. This apartment is great for larger families or groups. 150 meters from Sunset beach and 10 min drive from Old Town. Near Lapad bay promenade. Apartment takes entire 2nd floor of the house and is approx. 100m2. Each of 3 double bedrooms has its own bathroom and a TV with SAT and AC. Living room area is combined with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room (25 m2). A sofa in the living room can easily be transformed into a double bed.(+2 persons). Additional kitchenette with access to terrace make is easy to dine or relax with cold drinks on terrace.

There are 2 balconies and a terrace for our guests to enjoy.

This apartment is great for larger families or couple of families. 3 bedrooms - 6 persons. A sofa bed in the living room or in one of the bedrooms + 2 persons. Total 8 persons
