Wonderful neighborhood location

It's a great little apartment in a quiet neighborhood. We liked that it's so close to UVM, Winooski is a great little town and met our needs for graduation weekend.

Perfect for our first night in Vermont

Super cute and very clean!! Nice neighborhood and within a 10 minute drive to Lake Champlain. The outdoor deck was nice. It was the perfect place for us and our friends. Loved it!!

An Eclipse Trip for 2 couples

Clean and cozy

We were very impressed by the apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, and convenient. We enjoyed taking the short walk every day to downtown and the river walk. We would definitely start again.

Just what we needed

Perfect space for visiting friends in the area had everything we needed and was a quick walk to downtown winooski. Easy off street parking and a very easy check in process. Host very quick responses and a simple checkout process. Thanks again!

VT Vacation Views

This was one of the best vacations I have had with my 3 sisters! Every summer we go somewhere together. This apartment was soooo much better than a hotel room! We enjoyed many leisurely breakfasts in the kitchen, long nights chatting in the living room and wonderful nights on comfy beds! The location is so convenient to downtown Burlington and many lovely restaurants. A day on Lake Champlain and a ride around the islands were very enjoyable. Errin is a great host and her rental is perfect for a group of friends or two couples. The cost is amazingly reasonable. We will be back and share this place with our friends!

Great Place. Walk right into downtown Winooski.

Erinn has a great place. She was easy to communicate with about the trip. It has a great front balcony for relaxing. The neighborhood is a two minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants, but very quiet. The only noise is from airplanes taking off and landing at Burlington Airport, but not excessive. The only thing I would note, is that the bathroom is very narrow and getting to the toilet might be a struggle for larger people. We would definitely stay here again.

College Reunion Winooski Stay

We had a little confusion over the keypad (there are two) but once we resolved that issue, the unit was as described. Errin assured us she would remove/disable the other keypad to avoid future confusion. Nice area to access downtown Winooski - cute coffee shops, walks by the river, and the Sunday morning Farmers’ Market. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Older unit in downtown Winooski

Older property centrally located in Winooski. Super clean. 2nd floor unit. Bathroom shower super small but had good amount of warm water. Heater in living room very hot, dry heat and made it uncomfortable to be in although you can easily turn it off. Floors uneven which made me feel unsteady but hushed was ok. Major complaint was lack of coffee pot, although had one shot and French press. Overall ok stay. Probably better during summer for it had a nice outdoor porch that would be nice to see on.

Very nice

Apartment was great. Easy checkin, very clean and updated. Erin was a great host and was very responsive when I messaged her. I wasn’t happy with area but that’s my fault and could have done more research prior. There was an army base near by and jets taking off each morning was super loud. Other than that the space was great.

Fun little apartment

We signed up our kids for camp in Burlington area and decided to remote work while they were there. This apartment worked great. It is small but cozy. Shower is a bit tight if you are tall but overall we were happy. Neighborhood is a little sketchy at night. One night I was walking the dog at around 11 and several teenagers started yelling at me telling me they were going to take my dog. I just turned around and walked quicker back. Other than that it was fine. Host was great and had plenty of information in a great book. I would recommend.

Great weekend rental

Apartment was clean and had all that we needed. Great location for visiting our college age student in Burlington. Walking distance to restaurants and bars in downtown Winooski. We would definitely rent this apartment again.

Great home; perfect for our needs

Great location, great unit and really comfortable beds! My only issue was that the trash can in the bathroom had not been emptied from the guests before us. We will keep this property in mind and hopefully stay again when we are in the area.
