About this property

Private En Suite Large Master Bedroom With King Sized Bed

This is the Master Bedroom with en suite full bath in a private home . The owners are onsite with their own separate entrance. Guests and Owners use their own entrances.
The Doors to each of entrances are kept locked. Guests are given their own key.

The Door from the hallway into the Master Bedroom and the sliding door onto the private deck both can be locked from the inside.

The Owner's Bedroom in the North West corner is as far from the Guest Quarters in the South East Corner corner of the house as possible and there are additional sliding doors between the guest hall and the remaining parts of the home. The space is private/ quiet /safe/and secure.

There is off street parking only in the driveway and just steps from the well lit entrance to the front door.

We are in walking distance to the Burlington Marketplace Downtown shopping area, The University of Vermont , Champlain College, and Lake Champlain Waterfront...
( 1/2 mile walk to Burlington Ferry To Port Kent NY to connect with NYC Montreal AmTrack May to September)
Ten Minutes drive to/from Burlington Airport. 90 minute drive to/from Montreal Canada. Uber and Taxis available.

The room has a KING BED, flat screen 32 inch tv, premium Comcast cable/streaming Roku 3, WiFI.

Access directly from the room to private outdoor deck as second egress. Sunset and Lake Views.

Towels and bed linen are provided.

This is no smoking/vaping anywhere inside or outside of our property.
Pets are not permitted. There are no laundry or kitchen facilities for guests...

We really enjoyed our stay! This was a comfortable, affordable spot just minutes away from downtown Wilmington and a wedding we were attending in the area. This had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, spacious closet, nice bathroom, and outdoor area where we could sit. We look forward to staying again sometime!

Charming guest suite in an excellent location to enjoy downtown Burlington. Quiet, peaceful, a very comfortable king sized bed, and having a walk in closet to use was a bonus. The deck off the bedroom is lovely and private. The owner’s offered for us to enjoy the large deck off the back of the house to relax and take in the views of lake Champlain which we did prior to heading out for dinner. I highly recommend staying here.

This was a perfect place for us to stay while visiting our college student! We could walk to their dorm, go for a run, enjoy our morning coffee on the private patio and glimpse the lake through the beautiful garden. The property owners were very welcoming and gracious. Their home is lovely and on a quiet residential street. The bed and bath linens were luxurious and there was ample closet storage for us to store our suitcase and hang our raincoats. We hope to come back soon!

Owners's home. Stay in suite with private shower and sink, access via sliding doors to nice patio on the west side with distant lake view. Very nice and communicative hosts. Location is absolutely excellent, Bill stayed up late to check us in (sorry Bill!) and was super sweet. Communication was easy throughout the booking process, and he even helped us bring bags in once we arrived.
