Welcome to Summer Haven!

Located in the heart of South Haven, Michigan, our newly renovated (2018) and cozy coastal Summer Haven Cottage is a short walk to town, the beach and kids corner playground.

INSIDE THE HOME:
With 4 bedrooms (3 queen beds) and 1 bunk bedroom (6 twin beds) this home is perfect for a large family or two! It has two full bathrooms, and two spacious living rooms, dining room and fully equipped eat-in kitchen . AC, Wi-Fi, Laundry in basement. Welcome to Summer Haven!

OUTDOOR SPACE:

Enjoy lunch on the deck or toast smores over the firepit in our secluded backyard. The shed is packed with beach chairs and toys, a wagon and a few bicycles for your enjoyment

THE LOCATION:

Perfect spot to park and forget! Few short blocks to town center to find all the shopping and eateries and cocktails, and also a few short blocks to the white sandy South Beach and the popular kids splash pad and light houses!

This house is very charming, down to the last detail. The location is great for the lake and downtown. I loved this house. It was an easy fit for all 4 of us. We will be coming back!!

We had a great experience in South Haven and loved staying in this house. We had 5 small kids with us and 4 adults. There was plenty of space, the house was clean, there were activities for the kids, and the location was perfect. We hope to be back in the future!

Ideal stay at Summer Haven

Would highly recommend a stay at Summer Haven for anyone visiting South Haven, especially families! Our group (4 adults + 5 kids, 6yrs and under) thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the property to be ideal for families who want to be close to the beach and shops/restaurants in South Haven. The house is a 10 minute walk to the beach (we loved not having to deal with parking!), short walk to an amazing playground, and 5 minute walk to downtown South Haven. The interior was very clean, spacious, and provided any amenities that we needed during our stay. We also loved the fully fenced-in backyard and patio area. We could not have asked for better and would love to come stay again!

Great Stay

Very responsive manager & owner. We had a minor issue with a storm door staying closed. We made the manager aware- not as a complaint that impacted our stay but to let them know- and the owner arrived that day and fixed it.
