Small and nice place. It is best for a couple, but fine with 3 adults. Love the location, which is close to Anthony's Seafood Restaurant, a restaurant the local people eat

Perfect, just what we needed

It was a cozy one bedroom that was part of a house. The house and neighborhood were quiet. The place was clean and the bed was nice and comfy. It was just what we needed. We would stay here again.

Long weekend getaway

Vrbo as described. Clean, open living/dining area with separate comfortable queen bed. Location is close to beaches (Second Beach is nice) and short drive to Newport Wharf area. Went to a Newport Gulls game which was a fun night out! So much to do in this area. Would stay again!

Great place - close to everything

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO in Middletown, RI! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do, from beaches to restaurants and attractions. The house itself was immaculate and well-kept, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owners clearly take pride in maintaining the property, as it was spotlessly clean and well-appointed. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were very accommodating. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and cozy getaway in Middletown!

Inexpensive and comfortable

Bed was comfy and place was clean. We didn't use any of the kitchen other than the coffee pot. Onsite washer dyer which would have been handy if we were beaching it.

Conveniently located

Overall, our stay was great. The location is really convenient and easy to navigate. The property manager was fantastic!!! Always available when needed and even came into our apartment to fix a dying smoke detector. The only criticisms we have was the water temperature was a little wonky. It would rapidly go from warm to cold or scalding. Also, there was a lot of hair that was not ours on the couch. I'm not grossed out by hair, it just could have been better. Overall, fantastic place!
