Modern and cool cottage close to pebble beach!

Enjoy Newport in the Winter! Newport does a wonderful job organizing events for family fun, so come enjoy the mansions decorated to the hilt! Or watch the boats decorated for the harbor sail after Santa comes to town!! Lots of dining deals too!! Incredible location! This modern and chic Beach cottage is located just a quick walk to Pebble Beach! So sunny with tall soaring ceilings and oversized stainless-steel kitchen which is stocked with basic spices and service for 6 people. You will also find a very small dining table with 2 chairs located in the closet, if you would like to use for dining. All new modern furnishings and colorful beach decor! Lots of storage! AC! Large spa like bathroom with overhead rain shower and side shower! Less than 3 miles to Newport and walk right down to Pebble Beach. (small rocky beach which is perfect for pets and kids to collect rocks and shells in the morning) Beach chairs and laundry found in the basement. Pets OK with fee and yard is fenced! Adding photos of our new patio installed last month! Gorgeous and such a great entertainers space! Will consider MONTHLY rental during the winter months, just ask! This will not disappoint! Such a lovely and peaceful area!! Hear the birds chirp in the morning, but still close to all Newport has to offer.

Great Getaway Spot in Rhode Island

I highly recommend this place…was clean, spacious and even had a washer and dryer in the basement. Bed was comfortable…kitchen had all updated appliances and nice fridge, as well as Netflix, Hulu and other streaming services. Will stay here again!

Spontaneous Long Weekend Getaway

Very pleasant stay in a clean, quiet, comfortable apartment one block from the beach. Short drive into Newport and other beaches. It really does need a small bistro size table to eat at. Had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful cottage. Spacious living room, great kitchen, washer and dryer on-site and a big California king in the bedroom. Also, a fenced in yard for the dog! We all enjoyed our time, absolutely beautiful area.

Quiet, peaceful location near the water

We could hear the waves crashing on the beach when we arrived. The property was very clean and ready for us. It’s a short walk to the pebble beach down the street, about 1/2 a block.

So unique to Newport! Modern, open, and airy cottage with soaring ceilings and a spa like bathroom is a standout in the Newport rental market. Perfect getaway place for couples, young families or anyone looking for a quiet and serene spot! You can not go wrong with Poppy Cottage! The yard is fenced in on 3 sides and has a stone wall on the 4th side, which makes it a great place for pets and kids to play! You are a 3 minute walk to "Pebble Beach" which is a secret small beach that is perfect to head down to with a cup of coffee in the morning. The cottage has AC for those humid summer nights and a large stainless steel kitchen for cooking lobster! Also, gas grill and outdoor seating located in the yard.

What makes this property unique

You are so close to a secret and unique little beach! You are also surrounded by multi million dollar estates, but tucked away in a private little compound, safe quiet and yet close to all that Newport has to offer! Just 2 miles to third and second beach and less than 4 miles to the downtown wharves of Newport! Dining, Shopping and bars galore! Also check out the 2 wineries and Sweet Berry Farm which are right down the road from Poppy Cottage!
