GETTING AROUND:
Best way to get around the neighborhood is to walk, scooter (they can be found on surrounding streets), Bike, Bus, Uber/Lyft or rent a car.

The Entire House + Front Patio + Garage (including laundry) & Driveway Parking are accessible only to you. There are no shared spaces.

Pacific Beach is a true gem. To the south you will find Mission Beach & Ocean Beach; La Jolla is just a few min north including (the famous) Windansea Beach, La Jolla Shores & La Jolla Cove. Starting just 20mins North you’ll hit Del Mar, Solana Beach, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside.

You can bike and walk everywhere in this amazing beach town. Belmont Parks roller coaster and arcades in South Mission Beach is perfect for kids after a day at the beach. Catching the sunset at Law Street or the PB Boardwalk (1 mile away), is a must! Approximately a $20 UBER/LYFT to Downtown/ Gaslamp District, Hillcrest, North Park & Balboa Park. Torrey Pines State Park and golf course is 15 minutes away. Sea World (less than 10 min drive), San Diego Zoo (20 mins), Safari Park & Legoland (approx. 30-40min) Central to all San Diego has to offer!

CLEANING FEES:
*$175 for stays under 30 DAYS
*For stays over 30 days, we require a cleaning (by our housekeeper) every two week. Please ask about cost. This is in addition to the final cleaning at $175.

-Min 5 night stay over Major Holidays
-Strict Quiet hours: 10pm-8am
-No Pets or service animals
-No smoking or drug use permitted on the property
-No parties/events
-No overnight non-registered guests.
-In general, keep noise to a minimum, even during the day.
-Please respect electricity, heat, water usage at all times and make sure to
turn off utilities when the house is empty.

Overall, we ask that you please respect the property, do not disturb neighbors and treat our home as if it were your own. This is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood ~ we want to keep it that way! :-)

**Please Note: All payments are processed via Stripe, which charges a non-refundable 4% credit card processing fee. In the event of a cancellation that qualifies for a refund under our cancellation policy, the refund will be issued minus the 4% processing fee, as this amount is retained by the payment processor and not recoverable
