Steps from Mission Beach, Bay, and boardwalk, walking distance to Pacific Beach’s lively restaurants, shops, and Catamaran Resort, this spacious property with three bedrooms suites, each with full baths and sweeping views from upstairs, welcomes families and friend groups.

Enjoy beach bliss with eight chairs, two umbrellas, boogie boards, chest of sand toys, and beach wagon.

Infant amenities include gates, high chair, pack-and-play, and stroller.

This spacious beach house boasts three large bedroom suites, each with a queen bed and private full bath, ensuring privacy. Suite #1 is on the ground floor, while suites #2 and #3, on the third floor, are separated for no shared walls. Suite #2 includes a private balcony with two comfy egg chairs for relaxing. There are 4 twin-size premium floor mattresses to accommodate children and teenagers and 2 pack and plays as cribs for infants. These can be placed throughout the suites as needed to accommodate your guests.

The second-floor GREAT ROOM is perfect for bonding, with a living area and fireplace for games, a dining space for large group meals, a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, and a separate media room for movie nights. Two queen sofa beds add extra sleeping space.

Relax on three patios, one on each level, including a ground-level patio with a firepit table for cozy evenings.

Our property is perfect for comfy vibes, space, convenience and reconnecting with friends and family.

Lots of parking

The property has parking for 3 vehicles which is a rare find for a beach area: a medium SUV fits in the garage, a big SUV, truck, or van in the carport, and a regular size car in tandem. There a height limit of 8 1/2 feet(2.5M).

Please note that parking spots and the entrance are narrow and require guiding the driver to prevent damage to the vehicle and property.

Additional parking

Although there's free parking on the street, you must be aware of restricted street sweeping days and times during 8-10am from Monday' to Thursday.

There's also free limited parking at Santa Clara point which is about 1/4 mile away (nice bay-side walk from property). Also, can also inquire about additional parking at the Catamaran Resort.

Beautiful Beach House

We had such a wonderful time on our annual family beach vacation. Perfect location to beach, shops and restaurants. Quiet area, super clean, spacious rooms and great view of the bay. Nice patio area for your coffee in the mornings and games at night. Michael was very attentive and easy to get ahold of if anything is needed. Looking forward to staying here again.

We have stayed in this house several times. We are already booked for next year. There is plenty of space for our families and close to everything we love. The new patio addition is great for hanging outside. Plenty of parking makes it stress free on street sweeping days. The house is clean and modern with all of the amenities that families need.

I recently stayed with 3 kids & 5 adults. The house is very spacious with plenty of room! The house is very close to the bay & ocean side. There were plenty of beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, & sand toys. The host Michael was very timely in responding to any questions that I had. We all had a great time & I would rent this house again !

The property was perfect for a friends and family long weekend at the beach. The house had everything we needed and plenty of room. Marine Graduation Day

We booked this residence so the family could attend Graduation ceremonies at the Marine base. The accommodations were exactly what we needed. The house was clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. We grilled steaks one evening and enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. The home was family friendly and the perfect environment for our family. We loved it and would book again.
