This home can accommodate 12 adults (age 11+) and 6 children (age 10 and under including infants) as per the property's short term accommodation license. The Montauk is stunning waterfront property located in West Lake and the perfect place to stay for larger groups of friends or families. The Montauk is a 2 story property with 2 spacious living areas, a gorgeous large dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen ready to cook county meals. Each of the 6 bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds in a variety of sizes. There is also plenty of seating throughout the entire property to relax and host fabulous dinners (inside and outside).Step outside and you'll find a spacious lawn, and a gorgeous patio with stunning water views, plus full waterfront access with a large dock. Please note that the home has 2 bunk beds. The cleaning fee includes linens for the bottom bunks. Guests are welcome to bring their own sheets for the top 2 bunks. STA License # ST-2021-0286

A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in.
This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property.

Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.

Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

All cancellations made more than 14 days after booking are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.
