Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

This is a charming and historic house from the early 1900s, featuring some creaking and uneven flooring (particularly on the lower level). Please note that ADA accessibility and accommodations may be challenging.

Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside AND outside the home and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
For your safety, security cameras have been installed outside the property on the driveway. There are no cameras inside the property.
