Great space for large groups

The house was easy and convenient for our group, having two kitchens and living rooms helped with comfort and ability to spread out. The owner was easy to communicate with as well.

Great Location!

The property was as advertised close to everything. It was close to everything. I had 11 family members in the house, and it never felt cramped. It was 12 min to DT Denver (no traffic), 12 min. to Redocks, 18 min. to Golden, 20 min. to the Casinos, 45 to Boulder.

Great local

The inside is remodeled nicely and the rooms are comfortable. The beds are comfy and have wonderful linens. Loved the dining/kitchen/living area to hang out with our friends. Great spot between Red Rock and Denver. Also easy access to I-70 and I-25. The yard and exterior needs a bit of work to equal the interior value.
