New construction guesthouse, completely separate from main house. Private parking for 3 cars above guesthouse. 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Full bathroom with tub shower. Completely stocked kitchen ready to cook any great meal! Tucked away in the country but just minutes from downtown Prescott. Smart TV in living room with Utube TV provided.

From the horses right out the front door to the beautiful views and clean casita, this place hits all the marks! Everything was specially curated to cater to an easy and pleasant stay. The open floor space was very nice for socializing and just relaxing and having a good time. Bedding was very clean and everything is very high-quality from the sheets, to the floors and all of the house appliances and amenities. Host was easy to get a hold of and we will never forget Frankie the dog. She is very special and the whole trip was such a delight!

Great place to stay. Quiet, comfortable, in a very nice neighborhood and close to everything you'd need. One bed was a little soft for my back, but the other one was just perfect.
