About this property

A beautifully laid out 1400 sq. foot single-family single-story (no stairs) cottage home in award winning Habersham available for short term or longer stays. This 3 year old home is Located just a few miles from downtown Beaufort as well as a short drive to Parris Island, and the Marine Corps Air Station. An easy drive to Savannah, Georgia as well as Charleston, S.C. Hilton Head and Bluffton, South Carolina are close by. Also located within a 35-minute drive to Hunting Island, South Carolina, and the ocean. Please note that external security cameras are in use.

Located just a few walking minutes from Habersham Marketplace, our guests are close to several restaurants and shops. Notable attractions in Habersham include a deep-water marsh dock, fishing, clay tennis courts, pickleball, a swimming pool, and shopping. Included in the community are an exercise trail, dog park, boat ramp and picnic pavilion, basketball court, children’s playground, a bocce ball facility, and a community garden. There are several catch-and-release fishing ponds in the community as well. Habersham includes many beautiful parks and wonderful walking vistas. Importantly, the Habersham road network limits traffic speeds and encourages walking.

The house has 2 bedrooms (queen-sized beds) and can sleep 4. Both master and hallway bathrooms are easily accessible, with walk-in showers. The award-winning design includes a screen porch and an open porch deck. Adequate parking for two cars is in the back and front. Television and Internet service is provided in a complete turn-key environment including popular streaming stations and local cable channel access. Large closets and ceiling fans are located in each bedroom as well as the living room.. A washer and dryer are in the back utility room that includes an extra sink. The master bedroom has a working desk with computer monitor and HDMI cable for work. The monitor doubles as a television with Fire TV.

Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
Renters must be over 21 years of age to reserve our property.

A discount of 10% is extended to military families. Bookings over 7 days or 28 days earn discounts as well.

Pets are considered on an individual basis and pre-approval is required before booking..

Habersham perfection

Charming home, perfectly decorated, immaculate, kitchen well stocked, terrific screened porch, close to all that makes Habersham so desirable..The Market and restaurants, walking trails, tennis, pool complex, child and pet play areas, marsh views and neighborhood landscaping are amazing..yet only a few minutes to Beaufort’s waterfront downtown..

Perfect home to enjoy a week in Habersham

Faith & Jeff were great hosts! The house was spotless and had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. From the well equipped kitchen to the comfortable furniture, wonderful screened porch to the rocking chairs on the front porch - everything was perfect. Great location in Habersham, just a short walk to the shops and restaurants or to the tennis & pickleball courts.

Great place to spend some relaxing time

Very clean and comfortable home with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. We were there for a month and the neighborhood has lots to offer within walking distance - shops and restaurants. 15 minutes to downtown Beaufort.

Beautiful home in walk-able Habersham

We had a great stay at this lovely home. We especially appreciated the screened-in porch. The kitchen had everything we needed, too. The host let us know that they were available to help us or give a tour, if necessary.

Faith and Jeff Lewis have lived in Habersham on the outskirts of Beaufort, S.C. for several years. They were attracted to the area by the mild weather and many outdoor activities. They have lived in several great parts of the U.S. including California, Arizona, Illinois, Minnesota, and New York. Habersham has provided a great "small town" feel with a very diverse resident base.

Faith has years of experience as a. Hospice Nurse and Jeff worked in various marketing positions prior to teaching marketing at two universities.
