BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

The location was excellent. The beach view was perfect. We were able to take wonderful hikes along the beach in either direction. We were close to restaurants. We found Rouse’s grocery was a short drive and a great source for fresh seafood and fixings.

Perfect location, clean, pretty...all the necessities. Would recommend putting a mirror (full length would be best) in the bedroom with queen bed. There is no mirror at all. The dryer had a maintenance issue but was looked into right away. Would love to stay there again!
It was very noisy during our stay. The place was clean and reasonable. The TVs were smallish, but lots of noise comes through the walls.

Excellent Trip
This unit was absolutely perfect!! We had views of the ocean, and nice clean accommodations. I loved how close we were to the beach . I didn't have to carry by chairs and cooler very far.
I would say I found the perfect destination and accommodations for my family. Plus this was a perfect time of year to come.

Maintance could be better. Ants got in snacks. Shower drain stopped up. Dryer lint full even though sign read clean after use. Light over table not working. Was clean when we got to condo.

It’s the little things
The A/C was set on schedule so it would not come on for us and we roasted the entire time. The maintenance man came 20 minutes before our check out and fixed it so the Freon would kick in. They don’t provide more than one roll of toilet paper. The tiny set of shampoos and conditioner couldn’t be used because the rigid plastic does not allow it to come out. There are bo basic condiments such as salt or paper. It was bare minimum.
Perfect for what we needed. Great location. Definitely recommend for an easy getaway without breaking the bank.
