See what Flamingo Cottage has to offer! Enjoy this 2 Bedroom/ 1 Bath cottage less than 5 mins walk to popular Crescent Beach section of NMB. With bright windows all around, and well laid out space, the Flamingo Cottage is perfect for that couples get away, a girls week or small family beach trip.

This storybook cottage features 1 Queen bed and 1 Full bed in the bedrooms and large wall mounted smart TVs. Cozy living space -- perfect for the small family wtih little ones, or even shared by two couples. One main bathroom complete with a tub/shower combo.

There is a full kitchen with full sized appliances, great counter space and dining table for 4. The living room features a wall of windows, large reclining sofa and love seat, with large smart TV for movie night lounging around during your favorite Netflix series.

The outdoor space is shared with the large main house, but plenty of room to enjoy activities. Outdoor shower for after-beach rinse off and laundry room facilities, too. Your dog is welcome -- under 40 pounds maximum and requires $300/non-refundable pet fee. Please let us know the size and breed if you wish to add a pet.

Improve Property Caretaking

Enjoyed the location near the beach and and the “17 Strip” from MB to NMB. Great attractions! The cottage and grounds were not well kept. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain properly. Broken down couch in the living room. House and grounds—which had great potential—were generally in need of routine caretaking. Great potential if cared for.
