Joel has 2 daughters. One just graduated from Florida Gulf Coast Univ. in Fort Myers. The other will be a Senior at Florida State Univ.. He loves music, physical fitness and travelling. He's lived in Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. He has also lived in 26 different states including Hawaii for 4 years. He has been to 46 states & plan to see them all. Joel is an executive with a major real estate developer leading their sales operations.

On top of having an extraordinary location, our complex offers gated access, a large pool, a hot tub, a clubhouse, a fitness room, and more! Whether at the parks or at the resort, you will never have a dull moment in this magical gem of an area!
